This is a demonstration website. Bollard Commercial Capital is not a lender, a broker, a bank or a Certified Development Company. It does not exist. No product on this site is available, and nothing on it can be applied for.
No offer, no quote, no commitment
Every rate, payment, term, fee, timeline, leverage figure and closing shown on this site is an invented worked example, published to demonstrate what a lending website can look like. Nothing here is an offer of credit, a quote, a rate sheet, a pre-approval, a commitment or an invitation to apply.
Not advice
The calculators, articles and programme descriptions are general information. They are not financial, lending, accounting, tax or legal advice, and they take no account of your circumstances. Commercial property finance is consequential and specific; take advice from qualified professionals before acting.
Programme rules
Where this site describes SBA programme rules — occupancy tests, loan caps, terms, equity requirements — those descriptions are drawn from public guidance and are stated as accurately as we can manage. They change. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with the U.S. Small Business Administration and a Certified Development Company.
The calculators
The mathematics is implemented carefully and is genuinely useful for exploring structures. It is still a model: it makes simplifying assumptions, each page lists them, and no result should be treated as a lender's sizing.
Forms
Forms on this site do not submit anywhere. They validate your entry and display a confirmation. Do not enter sensitive information into them; there is no need to, and nothing is retained if you do.
Accuracy and availability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It may contain errors, and it may be changed or taken down at any time without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.
Intellectual property
The design, code and written content are the work of the studio that built this demonstration. Photography is licensed from Pexels and Unsplash; photographers are credited in the repository's CREDITS.txt.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, which is where the demonstration business is notionally based. Since no services are offered and no relationship is formed, this clause is set dressing rather than a live obligation.
